The Noddings Center
A Center of Care
Nestled in the heart of the urban commercial area, surrounded by organizations that provide societal and educational needs.
"A school is not just a center for the production of learning. It is a place to which people become attached" (Noddings, 2014, p. 16).
The Noddings Center is based on the philosophies of Nel Noddings. At The Noddings Center trust between teachers and students is established through dialogue and goal setting. Members of The Noddings Center build a community of learners that respect individuality as well as the common good.
